Was there about a week ago. There was a mixup on my appointment but they still got me in, replaced my tires and out without waiting all day. Time is a valuable commodity and they valued mine Thank you WM

I have been 15 years with American Tire’s company, and I am very happy with service, quality and loyalty. There was a time I did not make enough money for living and my tire wear out so technician at American tire’s helping me out reduce price marking sure i am safe on the road. Those moments remarkable which i considered honors loyalty and protection for difficult customers. I am thankful for that. I would highly recommend this company for everyone I know.

Good services

Knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Three words I’d use to explain the people working at the Mountain View location of America’s tire. They’re right next to my work, so whenever I have a problem I’ll drop my car off and then walk over from there to work. They also always have my repairs within or even earlier than I need it done.

Excellent job handling my specific problems

Walk-in tire rotation. The receptionist said it would take 1hr (and the web link had the same info), but did not explain that the waiting time would be longer than 1hr since the store took care of appointments first (only 2hrs later, did the receptionist explain this). I asked several times for the service after 1hr, and still needed to wait for 2.5 hrs. After the tire rotation, one of four tires showed low air pressure and a cap was not completely screwed on (seems they forgot to add the air). I needed to return to the store again to add air in the tire (and waited for 10-20 min to get support). I have not had such a poor service in previous visits. Very disappointing.

All the employees work hard and on time. The only issue that I have is that when I bought my tires, they were not properly balanced. My steering wheel was shaking at high speeds but I did not give much thought to it since my car is old. Then I came back for the 6K tire balance and rotation, once this was done the shaking in the steering wheel is no longer there.

America store is the best of service.

the people are friendly and very helpful. Even if you have no appointment, they get you in and out. i love this place

I made a lunchtime appointment, was helped the minute I walked in the door, and my tires were rotated and my car was done in 15 mins. Excellent service!
