New Tires and Wheel Store in Moreno Valley, CA 92557

I have always had an awesome, genuinely helpful experience at this tire store. From the start, they greeted me right away and immediately made me feel comfortable. Instead of rushing me, they asked what I was looking for—my priorities, my budget range, and the kind of driving I do—then explained the differences between the options in a way that actually made sense. They were super organized and patient. They walked me through the details step-by-step, answered every question without getting annoyed. When I was deciding, they compared the tires clearly, pointed out what mattered most, and helped me feel confident that I was making a smart choice. Overall, associate’s kindness, knowledge, and attention to my needs made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Carl was very pleasant great customer service skills. The store was very busy I was quoted 45 mins to 1 hour was out in 20 minutes! I was there for tire balance and rotate but when they came back with an inspection report I was surprised! Turns out I had a nail in 1 tire & they even checked the air pressure on my spare tire which they had to get my permission to drop the tire to get to the air valve! Now that is great customer service ! AND ... my location does 'wheel alignment' now ... it's about time !!! America's Tire you Rock !!!

The staff is always helpful. Sometimes they can be extremely busy, however I noticed they doing their best to satisfy their customers.

Best to keep customers informed when running behind. Also my tire pressure light was still on when I got my car. I had to ask about this, which was the reason I brought my car in. Overall better communication would make for more satisfied customers.
