The service attendants are very knowledgeable and professional and you will be extremely satisfied with the service.

A day before, my son visited this particular store, and he was very content with the customer service that he received! Initially, he visited a different store, where the staff made him feel as though he was young and naive. He then went to this store where he had purchased his tires and rims, and he expressed his satisfaction and appreciation with the treatment he received here. I am not sure about anyone else, but when they treat my children right, it’s like a mother’s answered prayers. He's not the only one who has encountered problems at the other store. I too had a negative experience with them. I had already said I was not going back to America’s Tire, and a few months ago I purchased my primary car tires at another store. However, my truck tires are still under warranty with America's Tire, and I need to take them in for rotation and balancing. However, my son advised me to try this specific store, assuring me that I wouldn't regret it. I followed his advice, but now I regret not coming to this store before purchasing my last set of tires. In any case, everyone at this store, from the front staff to the mechanics, are extremely respectful, friendly, and attentive. I don't have anything negative to say about this particular store, but thank you for treating mine and myself with courtesy and respect. Keep up the good work!

We’ve been AT customers for ten years now. We were passing their Temecula store and decided to stop by and get some air for one of my tires that had a slow leak. AT patched the tire for free. That was a smart move on their part because we are now AT customers for life. This is the third set of tires we have purchased from them since they fixed our tire. My latest purchase was from their Montclair store. Every store we’ve been to has been the same, they have a well trained staff who are customer friendly and do their best to ensure you get the right tires and exceptional service. I cannot imagine buying my tires anywhere else since discovering America’s Tire. I highly recommend them. Also, BTW, I recommend you use their website and make an appointment.
