My overall experience was excellent. Both people I worked with were helpful and professional and made the experience a really good one. My wait time was somewhat long due to not having an appointment but my expectations were set appropriately when I called and when I arrived, and my car was ready very close to the time they estimated. I'll definitely be using America's Tire in the future.

Very easy when you have an appointment. The service is professional and friendly, just don’t return the key fob to the owner covered with grease! Yuck.

Staff are polite and professional. Tire repair was completed before the quoted time.

Booked and bought online and received a discount for the type of tire I was purchasing. Original Appointment was for 2 weeks out, called the store and was able to get it bumped up to the next day. Was in and out in an hour. Would highly recommend and will come back for my next tires. I liked that the showroom had a window into the garage to see how it’s done and the water refiller had cold water. Only thing I didn’t like was my tires were overinflated past the recommended PSI. Other than that, 5 stars

Great store. Great people. Great service. I've been here for a couple flats and most recently to get a new set of tires. Denon helped me out every time but everyone I've spoken to here is friendly and knowledgeable.

Well organized shop, fast, efficient and very friendly. Two thumbs up!

Called about an online order. Store manager advised to come in and have tires installed and they would take care of me. Had time before my next appointment on the day. And I was treated like family. Would recommend this store. The guy changing my tires even checked my soare and advised that it should be checked. Instilling knowledge in your customers makes you feel important to them. The guys said its all about safety on the road. He was not wrong. This is my go to store for tires. The michelin latitudes were the correct size for my wheels and they made my highlander look really really cool.

wait time is ridiculous…your free tire rotation ..should have a dedicated bay for this so there is really no waiting…2 mechanics working on your car 30 minutes tops for in and out rotation
