I had. An issue with the tire that they had put on my vehicle. In Jordan, the manager at the Millbrae store was very helpful in solving my problem. In order me the correct tire. Now everything is working fine on my vehicle.

I recently had my Tesla serviced at America's Tire, and I wanted to share my experience. While I appreciate the service, I have some concerns about how my car was lifted. I noticed that only the front passenger side was lifted with a jack pad. The rear passenger side was lifted without a pad, and the jack was placed far from the designated jack point, near the battery. This worries me, as it might have caused damage. Teslas have specific lifting instructions to protect the battery, and I hope America's Tire will ensure their technicians follow these guidelines in the future.

I live in Redwood City, but I choose to use the service in Millbrae, because the waiting area is much better in Millbrae and all staffs are very helpful . This Store provide " Fast & Friendly Service " is a fact ......

This is my third visit at this store and the service exceeded my expectations. Staff customer service is great and are all very knowledgeable. I like how friendly and approachable everyone is. It's nice to know that I don't have to stress about getting a flat. Thank you!
