Why if I have an appointment does it take 45 minutes before they take my care in to rotate the tires?

I booked an appointment and prepaid for the tires through the website. The next morning I was called that the tires were ready and could come anytime that day. I arrived and customer service was excellent! In and out in less than 75 minutes.

I am loyal customer of Discount tire in Michigan more than 30 years, when I found out that America’s tire is a same store , just called different name in Ca. , I was very happy. After we moved here 5 years ago few times visit the store here I was always get a good help here, it never disappoints me. Glad to know America’s Tire

I have been an Am. Tire customer for maybe 8 years. I came in for my free 5k mile tire rotation. I was met by an employee as I was getting out of my car. He asked what I came in for. I told him the tire rotation. He found me in their system. He immediately started checking my tire tread while I told him the mileage on my car. He quoted me a longer wait time for the rotation than I actually waited. No problems.

Wait time took more time (~1 extra hour) than I was initially told.

Great service! Honesty and integrity still exist! I came in prepared to purchase a new tire as I was told by the dealership that this kind of tire is not repairable although it was only 9000 miles. They looked at it, straightforward told me that the location of the nail is on the boundary zone, and he could only confirm once he takes it out. After a few minutes I was called and it was fixed, at no charge.
