Ordered tires online. Website easy to follow to complete transaction. I called a couple of times with questions and each time the response time was quick and the service member took care of questions and website help on the spot. Store was very clean, staff immediately responsive, wait time right on, and love the tires. I highly recommend this store for pricing, service, and large inventory.

I arrived just before closing, knowing there was a chance my tires might not be looked at. Sergio immediately reassured me it wouldn’t be an issue and went above and beyond. Although I came in for one tire that kept going flat, he took the time to check all of my tires and clearly showed me the tread levels, explaining that they did not need to be replaced yet. They identified the issue with the one tire and repaired it at no cost, without any unnecessary replacement. Sergio was attentive, honest, and transparent — exactly the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. This was my first visit to this location, and it matched the consistently great experiences I’ve had at other SoCal America’s Tire locations.

Excellent customer service every time even when they are slammed

I've purchased tire from this location in the past. Have never had a bad experience. This time I was impressed with the crew installing my tires, it was like watch a racing team pit crew. 4 guys replaced my tires in under 30 minutes.
