Excellent experience. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Wait time was minimal. Being female I often have the sales people in automotive repair shops or tire stores try to up sell me or try to make me feel incompetent. Not so at America's Tire. I received a detailed explanation of the service and what to expect moving forward. No sales pitch, just great service. Easy to schedule an appointment and a friendly welcome when I arrived. I felt like they valued my business and also my time.

I had a great experience at this store. I will consider doing business with them in the future.

Wait time with an appointment was extremely long

I enjoyed working with Kai in tire selection and service. I was looking forward to working with him on 2 more vehicles, however 2 of my wheels on a Lexus ISF were damaged during installation. I would not be confident that wouldn't happen with other vehicles which both have 3 piece racing wheels. A claim was submitted and am still waiting for resolution.

All my tires did not come in when they were suppose to but was given free windshield wipers and free balancing and disposal of tire for inconvenience.
