The employees at this store were professional, courteous, and completed the job quickly and accurately. Four guys jumped on my truck and knocked it out in 12 mins.

The employee was rude and talking about my financial situation. I was told I needed a new tire and that my tire was unrepairable. The tire was $300+. I asked if I could get a discount as I have made several large purchases there in the past. I was told no. My card declined due to me travelling a lot and always triggering the fraud warning from my bank. The worker asked if I had no money and if that's why I was asking for a discount which I found extremely rude. That was not the reason. I had them put on the spare and got my tire repaired the next day for $20 and told it was still repairable with a second opinion. That lost all my trust in the company. I will not be doing business with America's Tire anymore.
