Professional staff. Slightly long wait time but store was just super busy

From on the phone to in person visit the two separate persons working at the time were both helpful and made the process of purchasing tires as seamless as possible. I am going to be a repeated customer due to knowing they do right by the customers.

Went to America's Tire to get air in my tires. The tech noticed a bubble in one of my tires and explained my options. Although I did not have an appointment, the sales rep was able to add me to the queue and have this issue resolved. (The task was even completed before the estimated pick up time!) Helpful, knowledgeable staff. I've been a customer for years and will continue to be; thank you!

Fast easy service

Knowledgeable Service Agents. He took the time to check the tires and found they were ok. It was replacement of the sensors that I needed.

These fellas at Folsom Americas Tire Store are no joke! Last week when we were there, every bay had a car in it and each employee was working on a vehicle. Their hustle with the muscle while sharing a friendly smile, showed the highest level of swagger I have seen in many years. In fact, an elderly lady who had a slow leaking nail in her Corolla came in from the 114F heat and was exhausted as well as frustrated. She was greeted with a glass of water and the reassurance her car would be taken care of. Indeed it was. I watched as the car was whisked away and in 15 minutes the tire was off, repaired and back on the vehicle. The little old lady was so relieved when the same guy pulled her car near the exit door, making it easier and quicker for her to be on her way. My son and I were very impressed with this team; a well oiled machine of skills and customer service. Cheers!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! This is my go to store and l highly recommend coming here. Just found out they service the batteries that gauge your tire pressure readings!

Jayson did a great job communicating with me the wait time as I came in without an appt. He quickly handled other customers efficiently and then got my truck in the bay to solve the problem (hole in tire). I was in and out on a Friday afternoon in about an hour. The chairs were comfortable, I made calls and worked in a quiet setting while I waited. Love going to this store.

Great customer service! I did not have an appointment regarding the tires and wheels I purchased a month-a-half. I had a leak on one of the tires. They fit me into their schedule and ensure that my tires were safe to drive on. They kept me posted along the way of the status. They were even concern about my safety, so they ensured the tires were up to speed. Thank you America's Tire!

The store is clean and the staff acknowledged that I was in line. They explained how long it will take. I was able to wait for my truck, instead of coming back on another day. There website was so easy to use and place my order. I like the fact that that I can pick my vehicle and color. Then select wheels to see how it would look. After selecting the wheels, I picked the tires that will work with the wheels.

Every customer should be treated the same and not be skipped just because someone buys tires. I’ve been a customer since 20’s and makes me wonder if I should take my business elsewhere.

I do not trust the newer laser tool currently used to measure remaining tread on tires. I was told twice in a row during routine tire rotation that I needed new tires. It was remeasured using the old technique (metal caliper, not a penny), and was told that I do not need new tires. I will not trust their laser measuring tool anymore and will disregard any recommendations based on that tool. The staff were all friendly and informative despite my concerns about the misinformation provided. They are aware of my concerns and we addressed them accordingly.

Nice and clean store in Folsom.

I visited in 9/2023 to get a flat tire replaced my salesman was Austin who was very helpful. My second visit was not as pleasant because the salesperson had an attitude, had no respect for me, and didn't honor the military discount after I had shown my VA disability card. He would have gotten away with over charging me but I compared my first and second invoice. The manager at first was defending his employee and his job. I want to be offered the same price as the first time I came and when I show my proof of service I expect to get the discount offered. If you treat me with disrespect you Aren't America's Tires!! You are Russia's Tires!
