Everyone is nice and hopeful. I didn't wait long at all. It was 45 minutes.

I made an appointment online for 11 am. They greeted me immediately but did not take my car in for rotating tires until 11:30 am. Had to wait an extra 1/2 hour even with an appointment.

Everyone at this location was great. I felt comfortable and relaxed about the whole exchange. Christian was very knowledgeable and helpful, his guidance was very much appreciated. 10/10 our whole family will be back!

I have been a customer of this store for many years and each visit does not disappoint. I recently had a very unusual situation and this store managed to sort it all out for me. Two employees went above and beyond to actually help resolve the odd situation, and did it with kindness and compassion. I am an older woman, where most dismiss that alone as not knowing much about cars, this store never has. They listened, they did exactly what I thought needed to be done to diagnose what was truly happening, and then resolve it. I appreciate this store's kind and helpful attitude no matter what the odd, or normal, situation may be. I highly recommend this store to anyone that needs tires or assistance with tires, wheels, alignment, etc.
