Did a fantastic job on my tires.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I came in on 4/11/26 to get a tire patched. I left it there, got a call and they told me I had two nails in my tire and they were both going opposite directions and close together so they were not able to patch it and he suggest I get a new tire. I declined because it didn't sound right and ended up taking it to my personal mechanic in LA. My mechanic took my tire apart and literally showed me that it was one nail! The technician lied! literally tried to get me to spend money I didn't have to spend. This is a very unprofessional and untrustworthy location & they should be out of business! Luckily I realized it was bull crap & saved myself from spending unnecessary money! The employees that dealt with my car need to be fired!

Thankfully, I checked my tires before leaving. They had forgotten to change one of my tires; the old one was left on. I made it known to the desk, and they happily got it all straightened out pretty quickly. And before I left, the manager met with me and apologized and refunded the labor fee to me. I really appreciated that. Sadly, once I got home, I also realized that they had forgotten to put the valve cap back on. :-( But now that the tires are on, they seem like great tires so far. Worst experience I have ever received, I ordered some Tires and the order was never placed, I paid for them in advance and when I went to get them installed they were never ordered. I had to go back the next day. I was offered an alignment and I said yes and after they told me that they were only able to do the front alignment because they didn’t have the tools needed to do the rear. But I still had to pay for the alignment, they said that I was lucky because at the dealer they charge a lot more.
