Everyone at this store is super helpful! They had the tires I needed in stock and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I was expecting the wait to be a while but my wait time was very minimal which was surprising since it was Saturday morning. It seems like everyone on the team does their part to make sure things run smoothly/ efficiently which I really appreciate. Overall I’m super happy with my experience and will be back in the future.

This is going to be a little TMI, but my husband passed away two months ago. Before his passing, I never handled anything car related. I was a little nervous having to do this alone, but Alex (the associate that helped me) was very friendly and made me feel at ease. He explained the tire tread to me, didn’t try to upsell me into anything I didn’t need, and truly made my first experience handling “car stuff” easy and enjoyable. It might sound silly, but after going through the hardest couple of months of my life, I really appreciated how I was treated here. I don’t look forward to having more car issues in the future, but I will certainly go back to America’s Tire when I do.

Excellent experience all was very good

I ordered online and the tires didn't match my car even though I went with the tires the website recommended. Then my appointment was for 915am. They called at 845am to say the tires weren't at the store yet. They said they would call me back but didn't. I called 3 hours later and my tires were there. They gave me different tires because the ones I ordered that were recommended didn't fit. I asked them to check my spare and they didn't. Not real happy with the Brentwood store.

I was promptly and effectively helped by the team at America's Tire in replacing the original tires on my truck after doing my research on their website. Tires were available the next morning and I was on my way. I heard about a sale on the same tires from another store I shop frequently. The price was lower at America's Tire.
