I had my tires changed for the first time, and Joe was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain the entire process to me, which made it a great experience.

Great experience. Aside from quick service they even tolerated my 3 year old running around while she was trying to stay entertained.

I picked up a screw in the sidewall of a tire that came on my brand new Toyota Camry and the tire couldn't be fixed. I was informed by Toyota that I would need to purchase a new tire. A representative at America's Tire recommended that I reach out to the manufacturer to see if they would warranty the tire, which they did. It took a couple of weeks and leg work and phone calls but I received a new tire directly through America's Tire and added then road hazard through America's Tire to all four of the tires, which I didn't previously know was a option. I really appreciate the helpful recommendations, professionalism, and ability to squeeze me in on with my tight schedule. Everyone at the facility was helpful, and I am back on the road with an exact replacement for the tire. My wife and I have been customers of America's Tires for years and the experience solidifies why I continue to bring my vehicles to America's Tires. Many thanks to everyone at the shop who has helped me in the past and to Hankook for taking care of me.

I started going to America's Tires in the 90's I believe. It's been awhile. Over the years we brought our Honda, Acura, and now CR-V to them. I've used several locations in Sacramento. Always a good price for a great tire and complimentary services (check pressure, rotation) until your next set. How they get so many friendly, competent employees is impressive, especially these days.

Everyone there are well knowledgeable, very friendly, great customer service.

About 3 weeks ago, I noticed I had low pressure in one tire, and originally took my car to the Arden store where the salesman (later learned it was the asst store manager) told me I needed 4 new tires and refused to fix one tire which was warranteed. He provided such high pressure that it made me feel uncomfortable and I called the regional office to complain about him (something I’ve never done with any business). So I instead went to this store on Walerga Rd, which fixed the tire with NO hassle and provided a professional and friendly experience. I first dealt with Judd (? I think that was his name). I returned a couple weeks later and decided to buy 4 new tires in which Nicholas helped me. They said my car would be ready in about an hour, but it was actually done in about half that time. The ENTIRE staff at this location was 100% professional, efficient and worked very well together as a team. Honestly I’d name all of them personally if I knew their names. Whatever their wages, they all deserve a bonus! If I could I would. Bravo, guys. You made a customer for life. ❤️

I can in for a tire service for all new 4 tires and everything was going smoothly until they took of the tires and brought to my attention that there was an issue with the sizing. The service tech let me know how to proceed and was prompt and professional with service and took care of me. I am very pleased with the knowledge and intelligence of the staff at this location. Very well done!

I certainly enjoyed the service there . They are an outstanding team of young men that get it done smoothly and fast . Hats off to Judd for taking care of me , I brought back a second vehicle for more tires . Everyone should go there it’s close , clean and a productive environment. Give them 5 stars all day long !!! Brendan runs a nice ship. I like how he communicates with his staff in a positive and healthy manner. He also greets and treats customers in a calm profession manner and listens to their concerns. The young man who actually installed my tires was pleasant and professional as well. He gave me status of my order and what to expect. It was cool watching him hustle around to install & balance my tires. The atmosphere and staff at this store are pleasant. The store itself very clean, esp the restroom.

The staff at this store was personable and knowledgeable - I had a 10:30 appointment and was walked through my online options and questions and was out the door with 4 new tires that I could afford all within 45 minutes Will return to this store when needed without any hesitation
