Omigoodness, this is by far the most wonderful tire store I have every been to. Harley, in particular, went above and beyond in courtesy, friendliness, and service! The other team members I spoke with were just as nice - obviously you've got great management in place there, and everyone is obviously happy. Thank you for a wonderful experience - I will recommend you to everyone!

Excellent service

My sales associate who greeted me and scheduled my appointment was a young man. Sebastian was his first name. He was professional, polite, and so personable each and everyone of the young people that were working that day I visited, were the same. It’s so unusual today to have young people, be engaging and attentive, shaking your hand making sure you understood everything I was so impressed and as a salesman manager in my industry, I really appreciate this, especially in today’s climate where professionalism personable interaction is lacking so hats off to everyone at the Thousand Oaks, California location for making my visit of replacing three tires, so easy They had replaced the other one a couple months back due to a flat so we visit there often we have numerous vehicles and we’re always very happy with the service and the staff Janie Marie

Everyone is professional and so pleasant. Be prepared to wait if your a walk-in, but they will take care of you in a kind and professional way.

All of the guys here provide such excellent customer service. I haven't experienced customer service like this on so long, I was in awe. It wasn't even just 1 person with this skill, it was every employee I saw. They have such patience ensuring each customers questions are answered. I truly enjoyed stopping by this location, these guys deserve a raise!

My overall experience is still to be determined… I Purchased, two sets of the same type of Uniroyal tiger paw AWP to tires… That’s eight total tires within two weeks… And on every single one of them within a day or two brown splotches have shown up through the white wall. so I will be taking all these tires back to have them replaced and or fixed… It really depends how America’s tire handles this situation. I have pictures of the splotchy brown white walls, and they really look lousy. That said the actual tire experience and customer service was really really really good. I am just hoping that the follow up on fixing the defective tires is just as good.

Always fast and friendly service. I had an appointment, I was notified days before that they had my tires in. I came by to drop off my car since I work down the street, I didn't even have to go inside they greeted me at my car took the keys and I walked to work. Came by during my lunch and they had everything ready smooth experience. I will continue to bring all my cars here

i went back to the store after coming home and noticed that one of the tire caps that was put back on one of my tires was not the right one. original caps was chrome but the one they put was black plastic so it was pretty noticeable. i called the store and spoke with a certain “diego” who said i can come back to get my tire capl. i came back and the guy in the red shirt (store manager?) handed me one but did not even make a simple apology for the inconvenience.

Purchased the tires online, made an appointment to bring in the car. Dropped off the car and it was done within 40 minutes, excellent service, people working there was friendly and very helpful. Excellent experience.

I have always had a good experiences at this store. I've been coming here over 10 years. The staff is always friendly and do a good job.

I always by my tires at Discount Tires. This is the place I buy them but I've since moved to Idaho and continue with Discount Tire. But the service in Thousand Oaks has not changed even though it's a different crew, it's still consistently great.

Just came to fix a slow leak. Made an appointment and the associate drove my Lexus into the repair bay. They repaired my tire and even though I was sitting in the waiting room I was sent text messages to update me through the whole process. They even adjusted the air and dressed all my tires. Amazing service.

Team was professional, friendly, and responsive to customer needs. Several people came in with odd questions or requests that really are not in the scope of what your store does (such as finding hubcaps), but each associate was respectful and super helpful.

The best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing tires.

If you are looking for a clean, professional, friendly and knowledgeable tire store...look no more. I say it would be absolutely impossible to have received better service with more knowledge or expertise or prompt courteous individuals who treated all customers there like solid gold. I worked in customer service for many years and I know good service...this was truly excellent.

Once again this Thousand Oaks store has demonstrated just how superior they are. Right out the gate Evan greeting me and gave a clear understanding of my needs and an accurate realistic completion time. From there store manager Martin, always super friendly and accommodating, handed me over to Micheal. Micheal stayed on my vehicle the entire time and treated my classic muscle car even better than I do. It was obvious he and the Martin's crew care, and that comes from really enjoying your job. Give credit to Martin as he manages his guys with a human touch they. Thanks again to Micheal, Evan, Joseph, and Martin. Your attention to detail and customer care makes me come back every time. i tell everyone I know this Thousand Oaks store has got it down. Thanks again Guys!

The employees are absolutely outstanding. Their manners are impeccable. They show incredible incentive and are so friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I hope they’re allowed to happily whistle while they work, because they sure do remind me of how phenomenal that gas station attendants were in the early 1960’s. Several would run up to your car & automatically check everything under the hood & check the tires too whenever you bought gas. Thank you with all my heart.
