always great service!

I left my truck for 2 tires replacements, rotation. I was informed it was ready but upon pick up, it was not. I was on my way to work. Overall, most of the agents were courteous.

I recently went in because I got off work and noticed I had a big screw in my tire. I went in towards their closing time hating to be that person but hoping to get help so I wouldn’t have to get my car towed in the morning. A young man ( can’t remember his name, maybe Noah?) helped me check in, he was very polite, helpful, and kind and they had my car ready to go within 20 minutes. I appreciate you guys, thank you!

The employees are very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Jose for assisting me when I came in and taking care of my daughter’s car. Thank you to the young man that took his time fixing her car. I recommend this store to anyone needing their tires or alignment done.

Salesmen were nice but the technicians were rude and argumentative when they made mistakes and forgot to do things on the work order

Book your appt online and save some time. Customer service is amazing at this place. Luis was very helpful and technician (sorry don't know his name) explained everything what was done with the car before turning the vehicle to me. Thank You!

I didn’t have an appt . I planned on waiting there . It was a bit longer than expected. It it was air conditioned so I didn’t mind. Yes I would recommend America tire ! Always good service !

I would caution people that use this store to make sure that they know what they want. Also I didn't say it in my survey but I'll say it here, They tried to keep my wheel key that goes to my method wheels. When I asked for it the mechanic offered me a couple of different ones that he had in his hands Another employee was quick to rectify the situation after it went missing. I would just caution anyone who has specific request such as white letters facing outboard. Either you wait and watch them do it, or you roll the dice and hope that they do what you ask them to do. Also check the PSI before you leave. The staff at the counter were very helpful and the website was very easy to use. The mechanics were busy but at the same time I had to go back three different times for three different things. You don't put 35PSI in large off-road all terrain tires unless you're gonna be in snow or sand. I feel like employees of a tire shop should know that.
