It can be a little intimidating as a female to come to places like these but Jorge made the experience so easy and simple. While I was waiting for my car, the customer service from all the other associate's as people was walked in, was impressive. Definitely recommend this place and also buy and book your appointment online before because you will not need to wait very long.

I ordered and purchased online on TireRack Michelin tires for my brand new Tesla Model 3 Performance 2024, then had this location of America's Tire install them on my car. They scratched up my expensive rims and rim inserts, despite their guarantee to take best care of my car after they initially complimented me for my car. The tires and rims were returned also in an extremely greasy dirty appearance. They focus on quantity over quality, with an overflow of customers at any time of the day. My car has leather white interior, and thank god I preemptively installed a seat and steering wheel plastic cover, since they did not on any car they serviced (and drove the car back to me with greasy dirty hands). Zero attention to detail. I will never use America's Tire ever again, and I will make sure to document and leave a detailed review with pictures evidence on Yelp and Google to help other past and perspective customers read my experience. I was met with condescending employees and management there.
