New Tires and Wheel Store in Waynesboro, VA 22980

I made an appointment, which according to the website means I get the next available bay, but that did not happen. My car was not even pulled into a bay until after the time it was supposed to be ready. No one ever told me it was going to take longer than expected, and when the car was ready the associate did not say anything about it taking so long. Disappointing!

Amazing store. The store gave me credit for tires i had bought that were cracked. I got a new set of tires and out the door in less than an hour. Great service.

If you have the chance to get Wesley to assist, you will be in and out in a matter of minutes. It’s very clear he takes his job seriously and is an expert in what he does. I was very pleased with everything and everyone. 5 stars all the way around !

Ordered and paid on Line. Got to the store at the appointment time, was told about an hour and my van would be ready. Nice waiting room, friendly associates, coffee shop next door. My service was completed in less than the time time I was told. Very happy. I wanted a specific tire and this store had them at a great price and in stock. This was my second purchase from them and pleased both times.

Each staff member I had any contact with during my visit was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt I was in good hands from the first reception in the parking lot to the hand-over by the technician when the work was done. It is encouraging to find such a well-run shop these days where I feel I can trust the work that's being done and the people doing that work. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my cars and always ask a lot of questions to make sure the work will be done to my expectations, but this is a shop where I think I could send my wife on her own and not worry about her getting poor service. And that's not always easy to find today. Thanks!
