Went in to get a flat fixed on my work truck a dually at 3:30 pm my wait time wasn’t long. I was informed that my tires were at 2/32 to 3/32 on my tread depths , they recommended new tires. when my truck was taken in the bay for service about 5 minutes later the service employee came in the waiting lobby to inform me that my flat tire couldn’t be fixed because of the object stuck in my tire was too big. But my tire was never taken of my truck, they didn’t have the tires I had on my truck in their inventory at the time. Long story short they were fixing to pull my truck out of bay without fixing the flat tire or installing my spare tire for flat tire , I had to ask the service employee if they swapped out the spare tire for the flat tire.
