Employees were very helpful and got me in and out in about 35 minutes rather than the 45 minutes he quoted me. Love the tires and kept me safe during the snow storm.

No soap working in either bathroom so be careful who shakes your hand. I had time to go to both restrooms because I was in there way too long waiting on them to fix their mistake two days in a row. I originally went in to get my tires rotated and balanced. I left within a reasonable amount of time. Within 5 minutes of driving down the road my steering wheel shook as if the tires were not balanced. I called to make an appointment and was told to come in and they will fix it quickly. Upon arrival I was told only 2 of my tires were balanced because the other two were not purchased there. I was not told this the initial day, so they were going to fix it “quickly” and do it at no cost. After an hour and a half they were finally done fixing their mistake and as I drove off late to my next appointment the steering wheel is STILL shaking and I will have to bring it in again. We called a different discount tire. I will be purchasing new tires elsewhere.
