It would have been nice for the associate to acknowledge that my tires originated from Discount Tire and service records for rotations were present before trying to sell me new tires at full price. Mine were 40k miles under the warranted amount and he didn't bother to acknowledge the additional certificate I purchased with those tires. I was then sold new tires applying a prorated credit. Never had to claim the certificate on Discount Tire tires before but overall it was very salesy and I was not prepared for that. After installation my car steering now veers to the right and has weird squeaking noises when using the steering wheel. The Discount Tire organization has been great over the years. However, was not entirely impressed with this location.
