Every one from the front desk to the guys on the back does a really good job. I was quoted a 40-50 minute wait time because they were busy and I got my car back in 27 minutes. Awesome job thank you.

Great service. I bought the tires online and set it up for my wife to take the truck in and they had a parking spot reserved for her when she arrived. Took very good care of everything in a short amount of time and tires look and handle great bought the Pirelli Scorpion tires and the tire psi was right on. Unlike everyplace else I have ever been. They did a great job! We will be back.

First time there and will be a customer for life ! The level of respect as a customer is top notch whether female or male ! That's important to me and the smiles were plenty and the knowledge of each employee was top notch . I was told an hour and a half to change a tire, but they changed it in a half hour. Excellent service, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The service from the moment I arrived until I left was exceptional, everyone was very kind and professional.

I started by checking my auto's manual to make sure I would choose the correct tires. Next, I did some online research about tires and increased my knowledge to find out what type of tires I should be getting. Then I went on America's Tire website and was able to choose, from several recommended by America's Tire, that fit what I need. I also got a good discount by ordering and scheduling online. The staff there are always very pleasant and knowledgeable. They work fast, have a great attitude, and are always happy to answer questions.

Everything went great

Very kind and great people work there, they keep you informed of the progress the whole time. I do realize that changing all 4 tires on a Corvette takes longer that a Corolla, so I was prepared for a little longer wait. The important thing is no dammage was done to the 16 year old original rims, that have survived since 2008 with no curb rash or marks at all.

Hello, me and my son went to American tires to buy new tires for my car. I had to buy all four. We dropped my car off and walked to Sonic to get a slushie because it was hot. We walked back to American tires and my car was done. They changed all four tires and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. The customer service is very good. Everyone I came in contact with was polite and respectful. The store was clean and the air conditioning was good. I will definitely be back and I will tell all my friends and family about American tires in Turlock.
