Adrian and Miguel are very professional and thorough in the work done. My vehicle was treated with the upmost respect and care. Adrain made sure Adrian and Miguel demonstrated more than satisfactory knowledge of their respective work. My vehicle was treated with the upmost respect and care. Adrian double checked for the rear wiper blade to be replaced and he completed it quickly before l left as well as resetting the TPM. Miguel was extremely businesslike and assisted me in a professional yet very efficient manner- not just with me but l observed him treat other customers in the same professional and fair way. Ask for Gary! He’s the best! So helpful, knowledgeable and professional! I always hate taking my car in to get serviced I prefer my husband to do it. But I did it this time and after this trip I will have no hesitation in going back to the chino location because of Gary!

There is no reason to buy tires for our vehicles or have tire repair done at any tire shop other than America’s Tire. I always receive great customer service and I see many of the same employees working there which means it’s a good place to work.

I had a flat tire took it in there. They did not have my tire so they said we could order it and have it to you the next day I said OK next day they called me at 9:15. Your car is ready so I was surprised so soon, you’re distribution center got my tire there quick so I can give them thumbs up to you for being so quick

When I arrived, I was taken care of by the team there and left at the time they estimated. Mr Steve was such an amazing associate, who due to my budget did what he could to get me not one but all 4 tires replaced. Steve really took the time to help me out and that is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE ! by far. Great Job Steve, and please keep up the good job
