Great service and competent staff!

Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful.

I want to give the store overall five stars. I made my appointment online a week before my appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early. I had a nail (which turned out to be a screw) and I knew DT would fix for free. Much appreciated. My only issue was exactly one hour after I arrived my car had not been serviced. So I spoke with a service rep and told him I made my appointment online (where it says the work is 30% less time) but I have been waiting an hour and I asked “Does it take this long to plug a tire?” I was not rude just curious because I made an appointment online for this and it took that long. Imagine if I had just walked in the store. Then immediately a service guy went to check on it and he came back saying it’s almost ready etc. I was not mad because I’m retired living in a retirement home with all the time in the world. I read many reviews for this store and many of those reviews had the same experience of a long weight. But all in all I was happy because I also didn’t have to pay plus they checked some other things. When I need new tires I will return to this store!

I waited till the last minute and needed two new tires on New Years Eve. They got me in and taken care of quickly and with great value tires. I would recommend this location and discount tires in general.

Excellent products, prices, knowledge, and service. I'm 70 years old and I can't count how many times and places I've bought tires over all those years. Discount Tire stands head and shoulders above all the others. Every other store, in every kind of business, should model it's service after Discount Tire in Indian Land, SC.
