The installation was fast and efficient! I highly recommend America's Tire Store for quality tires and excellent customer service.

One of the techs TY did a great job delivering the vehicle and giving information on the install. Great pricing and willing to beat anybody’s price. 2nd time here and they have my future business

I had a great experience with Devon, who promptly responded to my online order and informed me about the unavailability of the wheels I placed online, offering an alternative right away. When I arrived, Jason greeted me with professionalism and a friendly approach, making me feel like a trusted customer for my first visit. He patiently explained all my options, and the waiting time was much shorter than I anticipated. The work done was outstanding and the extra mile of thoughtfully packing my sister’s old wheels and nuts was incredible – when the wheels were replaced, my sister’s car looked like new. I could barely recognize it!

This was the best tire shop experience I ever had and I will definitely be back! I told my family and friends about AT in Dickson City and how friendly, knowledgeable, and quick the staff and techs are.

I was in a real bind when my tire got a flat and my usual dealership and my back up garage I go to had no openings. I called and spoke to Devin who without hesitation told me they had tires in house for my make and model of vehicle and to make my way down and I would be taken care of immediately. That is exactly what happened. I pulled into the parking lot and he and another gentleman met me at my car as i stepped out! One immediately began to scan my tires while Devin explained what he was doing and got more details about what happened. He then got additional details to set up an account for me and took the time to physically show me what happened to my tire - the wall of the tire had bent! He also explained their tests showed that 3 of the 4 tires were in poor shape. Devin showed my multiple options of tires and reminded me I did not HAVE to replace all of them if i did not want to which was lovely and kept me uncomfortable and like he actually cared instead of worrying about an upsell. After going through several option of tires, I selected the Yokohama and bought (4) new ones and kept my good tire as a spare. Devin made sure to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. He explained the tire warranty and I now have all (4) tires warrantied! I was seen, got an account, got (4) new tires selected and put on my vehicle in less than 30 minutes. This experience shattered my expectations in the best way possible. Devin did all of that with a friendly and welcoming presence and demeanor. I will absolutely come back to this location for tire assistance and purchases in the future as well as share my experience to others anytime the topic arises.

This was my first time to an America’s Tire store, although I have purchased my tires from Discount Tire Direct online several times in the past. I do all my own work on my cars, but was in a pinch and needed tires. It takes a lot for me to trust anyone else to work on my cars, but I was very satisfied with the experience I had. The sales person and manager were very knowledgeable and actually listened to my requests. The tech was also kind and knowledgeable and very importantly he was clean and didn’t look like dirtbag like most “mechanics”. Having a tech that is respectful and clean is rare nowadays in any service industry and it still matters a lot to me. I have recommended this store already to several other people and will be using them again in the future.

Best tire buying experience ever! The tires I ordered didn't come in so they gave me better ones for the same price. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. When I went I booked on line. They pulled my truck right in and probably under 45 minutes. I really wasn't paying attention but it was quick.

The quality and service of the employees at this location is unmatched by anyone. I would recommend this store to friends and family. While having my vehicle serviced, I learned of the partnership between them and Tire Rack. Which is awesome. I have been buying products from them for years, and now the process is even easier and may be slightly cheaper. Stop in for your wheel and tire needs. I do t believe you will be disappointed.
