Very terrible on the promise time, when talk to them about it, they won’t be happy. They cannot speed the process. They just ignore what the promise time, and start making excuses that does not make sense

This location has never once got our tire pressure correct. I always have to redo the tire pressure. On the past visit it was over 20psi off on one of the tires. The tire pressure light was also on. I’ve talked tot he regional manager on the phone in the past, and the store manager. The techs at this location are incompetent.

From the gentleman checked my car in to the technician who swapped my winter tires and handed me the key. The whole process was smooth and efficient as always. Wouldn't wanted any other way.

This store has become irreplaceable for me over the years, always displayed high integrate throughout. Never experienced over sell or over promise, always delivered on what's agreed upon and exceeded expectations every time. It'll be hard to switch a tire shop in the future.

My wife and I were in for tire rotation. The service and wait time were great. Late that evening, I realized that my wallet was missing. Since the store was the only place we’d been that day, I was concerned that I had probably dropped it there. Next morning, my wife received a call from Steven at the store. He’d found my wallet when he opened up that morning, and had been trying to call my phone number since it was already on file (we’ve been customers for several years). Unfortunately, I hadn’t updated the account to remove our old land line #. Recovered the wallet without further incident - but a big “THANK YOU” to Discount Tire and particularly, STEVEN!
