Terrible experience, techs screaming “I’m tweaking” loud enough for everybody in the lobby to hear, bunch of high school kids who have lack of training and experience. Didn’t give any discounts to my 4 tire purchase and was dissapointed in my experience. Seems to be a game working there over being professional and trying to create a productive work environment. Disappoints me on prices, experience and work. Forgot to reset my tpms and put wheel lock in my car.

I’ve been going to America’s Tire/discount tire for 20 years. Texas to California and I’ve always been more than happy with the service. Get the warranty is my best advice, I blew a sidewall in my truck and only paid $35 for a brand new tire. The representatives are knowledgeable and attentive. I recommend giving them your business whenever tires come up. Even for rims. I am glad I found them all those years ago. As a woman who is fairly literate about vehicles it’s not often you find providers that don’t treat you like a target but I’ve never felt that here. Thank you.
