Staff and technicians knowledgeable and top notch. Amari and Prynce the best client service ever. One suggestion, seat covers and steering wheels covers. Seats and steering wheel caked in black tire smudges. Seats were not covered nor steering wheel and I observed technician driving out vehicle with filthy hands no gloves

Salesmen are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. You are greeted when you come into the store. Prices are fair and they have great sales. You can sit and wait for your car or use the tracking system.

My wife's Tesla had a flat and needed a new tire and they did a great job. I took mine in and was done before I had a chance to watch them work on it! Setting an appointment is the way to go and highly recommend doing that.

Easy to make an online appointment. Checked in 2:15pm for free tire rotation. Car was ready for pickup at 2:40pm. Thats good and quick team service to me.

I just want to say everybody was so sweet and kind Kyle taking the time and answering my questions letting me know what I need to be done. Another gentleman helped. I forgot his name, but he was super nice as well. Recommend me to get the tire and I change my mind and I got the tire done. I was disappointed with the tire place that I got done in the bear of American tire didn’t even tell me That I need to change my tire. I was so grateful that near took 25 to 30 minutes to get it done I was so impressed by your customer service if I am ever in town if I have any in trouble, I would definitely come by and help you guys help me again thank you so much.
