New tires inflated improperly and alignment service is an absolute scam, will never go here again

Dirty bathroom. Areas of the bathroom are never cleaned. Alignment person was barely able to undo the suspension nuts. Wasn’t using a socket wrench correctly ie taking it off repeatedly instead of ratcheting. Socket wrench was not the correct tool for the job. Alignment person returned my car to me with 20-30 degrees of left sided tilt to the steering wheel. I had to return the next day. Same alignment person returned it to me with 5-10 degrees left tilt. No supervisor input or checking work. No other employees assisting him. No attempt to check his own work to make sure he got it right the second time. Sales personnel offered excuses that my make of vehicle is hard to align. Had an alignment at the same shop same car 7 months prior with a different very knowledgeable and helpful alignment person. It was perfect!!! Retuned a second time for the third attempt to get it done right. Finally met the assistant manager and later the manager. Different alignment person who tried really hard and figured out the problem. Test drove the vehicle somewhere. Returned vehicle to me. Steering wheel is now tilted a couple of degrees to the RIGHT!! After being at your store 3 days in a row I need a break. I’ll be returning next week for the FOURTH and final time to do the job correctly. As I told the manager however I have serious concerns about how well the rest of the alignment was done and ultimately the safety of my vehicle.

They are always nice at Americatire And went the extra miles because my truck died while getting air in my tires fixed they jumped .
