I have been going to Discount/America's Tire for years. They have the best prices and fastest service. Period.

They are always nice at Americatire And went the extra miles because my truck died while getting air in my tires fixed they jumped .

I have been an America's Tire customer since 1992, starting at the Redding, CA location, and many other locations throughout California, with my current store being the San Luis Obispo location. America's Tire is my first choice, based on fairness of price, competiveness and the excellent, professional, friendly and prompt customer service consistently provided. The San Luis Obispo store is well-managed and very pleasant to deal with.

The customer service was excellent in all aspects. I even saw an associate grab one small piece of paper from the parking lot, and it looked immaculate before that one piece of paper was picked. Ryan was the consummate professional; I noted as he dealt with customers before and after me. Ryan provided great advice for me to adhere to when I was contemplating mixing a tire on my vehicle would not work well with my Porsche Cayenne. I’m glad for that piece of advice because Porsche approved. Thank you all at “America’s Tire!”

I called the store because I was having trouble making my appointment online. They helped me find the best tires for my car that fit my budget, which saved me quite a bit of time. The service was great, super fast and easy. Since I paid over the phone, I was only there 20 minutes.

I was out of town and needed tires. The people were kind and considerate and gave me great prices. Matthew was very helpful. When I had to return 2 weeks later with a nail in my tire, they again took great care of me. R.B. had the time to also do an alignment that day. All the people at this store are professional and caring. I highly recommend America's Tires. (I shop there in Napa and they have always been great to me) San Luis Obispo store is amazing also.
