I’ve had nothing but a great experience at America’s tires in Roseville and Auburn. My only bad thing is that in Auburn when I go to have my tire pressure checked which you recommend every month I have waited over 30 minutes. I have had to leave because I did not have that time to continue to wait. I understand that that is one of the things that you recommend that we do that once a month. Hopefully you can speed up the service in Auburn. I would also like to say That when I get service in a timely matter from the person checking my tire pressure I always tip. The tip money goes down the longer. I have to wait! Lol thank you for the great service.

I am extremely happy with the overall service, especially the customer service the guys are awesome, provided me with the best price, i called 7 different tire shops including Costco and this was the cheapest option on my special 255/40/21 tire. thank you all and God bless you!!!

I took my car to the dealer for routine maintenance. The dealer found that one tire had a nail in it that was unrepairable. They recommended I replace the tire. I took the car to America’s Tires. They told me the tire was repairable. In about an hour the car was ready to go. I was assured the tire as good as new. There was no charge. I had been prepared to buy a new tire. It was refreshing that a service person would volunteer an alternative that saved the customer money. For sure when it comes time to replace the tires, I’ll purchase the replacements at America’s Tires.

everyone was great and really friendly!

The staff there are amazingly well trained and courteous and professional. They were helpful and their estimate of how long I would be there was almost exactly correct. I once had a tire which was leaking because it had a nail in it while out of town, and they fixed it for free, and I did not even buy the tires there. I will be a customer for life.

This is by far the most efficient repair place I have ever visited! I was in and out quickly and very satisfied with my experience. Cyprian did an outstanding job! He is so polite and efficient. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable to everyone that was in the store. He really should be recognized for his excellent customer service!

The salesman who waited on me argued to not rotate my tires since I will need new tires as 1 tire was just starting to be in the yellow phase of being worn. He said I should just wait until I can get new tires. I know that the tires with the most tread should be in the rear so I was a little upset that he was giving me a hard time. I was planning on going back for tires but I will wait for another salesman if I choose to go back. The actual service was fast and the man who brought me my car was very nice!
