The tire that was repaired was not purchased at AMERICA'S TIRE. It was a tire on a vehicle with only 7000 miles on it since the rig was purchased. Very impressed that the service was free, so it is a pretty good bet that when it comes time to buy tires I will be coming back here to at least get a bid on replacements. Joe

I’ve gone to America’s Tire twice and both times I’ve received great customer service! Louie and Shaun are wonderful workers and they take pride in their work and make sure that customers are happy. You could tell they enjoy their job. Compared to other tire shops in the area, America’s Tire is the best! Keep up the great work!

I rarely take the time to submit reviews, and I realize most people do so when NOT satisfied, but this is just the opposite. I just felt I needed to hop on here and type a few lines as my expectations were exceeded on all fronts: from my sales rep, Vaughn, to the whole team who were able to install my 4-tire purchase AND do the Total Alignment in just a tad over an hour! I was certain it would take twice that....NOT! Anyway, bravo gentlemen...thanks yet again.

Friendly and knowledgeable

The staff explain to me the process of repairing my left rear tire. At the same time he inspected the front tires and indicated they are both starting to get warn on the side - which could be an alignment issue. He suggested I make an appointment to have the alignment checked and tires inspected for wear. I showed up today without an appointment, just to get the rear tire repaired, which was my immediate need. They did a great job.

Best service I have ever had a tire store. They got in before the holiday when I had two flats had needed to be towed in. They stayed after hours in the horrible heat to get everyone taken care of. They had my vehicle to me earlier than they estimated. I live an hour away but work near them. This will be my go to tire store from now on.

I have been going to America’s tires for the past six years to take care of all my tire needs with all my cars that I have owed. I just wasn’t happy with this last experience. I had made an appointment online no problem, but when I arrived, the person helping me was very quick to tell me my tires could not be rotated. He said that a couple times before Saying that it’s best that a technician take a look at it to confirm. Timmy, he just seemed like he was quick to want to sell me tires. Which I will buy tires from America’s tires just at that moment I wasn’t ready. And once checked in, I waited 30 minutes and noticed that my car wasn’t being taken in even when I had an appointment. So after 30 minutes, I just decided to get my keys back and come back another day. They are very, they respect my appointment and take my car in right away, and it wasn’t the case this time. I wasn’t happy with the experience this time around. I will go back because I like their service They provide.

Bought 4 new tires and without an appointment. I expected to be there some hours and was there just about an hour. Great experience. Staff was very helpful and informative. Good notifications throughout my time being, there through text message and calls updating the vehicle status.
