Excellent service.

I recently had a tire emergency and was incredibly impressed with the service at Americas . From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding of my situation. They quickly assessed the problem and explained my options clearly and patiently. The wait time was surprisingly short, which was a huge relief during a stressful situation. I was able to get back on the road quickly and safely. The location of the shop was also incredibly convenient for me. It was easy to find and had ample parking, making the whole experience much less stressful. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of tire service. They truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I want to give a special shout-out to Robert for their exceptional service. They were very efficient with my tire rotation and balancing.The shop was clean and comfortable, which made the wait much more pleasant I hope this review helps!

I have been a customer of America's Tire in Mountain View for many years. Their service and product is unmatched. I would never shop anywhere else. They are the best!

Good service

Very good at tire installation. Technicians are good. I have worked automotive for 23 years. Your sales team needs EXTENSIVE TRAINING AND UPDATING. Reading a script is for acting.

I TOOK MY DISCHARGE PAPERS IN AND I DID NOT GET MY %. I GUESS WHEN I PAID AHEAD I SHOULD HAVE FOUND OUT HOW YOU DO IT AT THAT TIME.

I had an 8:45 appointment and left the store in less than one hour. My experience with AT was fantastic! Three employees really went above and beyond. Jonathan checked me in within 5 minutes of arriving. He was very friendly, professional and courteous. Nate installed the tires. He was also professional and friendly. But, Nate takes the cake on being and exemplary employee. He again was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He , kept me in the loop about the timing of the installation without me even asking! If all employees there are like the above three, you are clearly the best tire replacement company. I will recommend this particular America’s Tire to all my friends and personally will only use this store. In fact, I think Alex, Jonathan and Nate deserve a raise. Please give them my feedback!
