Bladmir is one of the best employees I’ve met at any establishment. I had my tire blow out a week after buying them and Bladmir did everything in his power to rectify the situation.

I arrived 20 mins early to my 3:30 appt. I was told I could not be checked in until my Actual scheduled time of 3:30. At 3:45, I realized I was completely forgotten and never checked in! After confronting the same guy, he then took another 15 mins to update their system and my app then told me my arrival time was 4:10 and my car would be another hour!!
