Pros: Accuracy in Installation: America's Tire ensured that the correct make and model of tire were installed on my vehicle. Service Quality: The servicing associate was professional and easy to work with, making the process smooth and straightforward. Customization: They followed my specific request to place the new tires on the front of the vehicle, which shows attention to customer preferences. Cons: Quality Control Issues: I noticed that some lug nuts were not tightened to the manufacturer's specifications, which required me to tighten them at home for safety. This is a significant oversight that could affect vehicle performance and safety. Vehicle Damage: Unfortunately, there was visible damage to my vehicle's side skirts from the lift points used during the tire installation. Four indentations were clearly visible where the large jacks were placed, which was disappointing especially since the car was in nearly new condition with only 14,000 miles. This damage was not present prior to the service, as I routinely inspect my vehicle post-service at the dealership where I've never encountered such issues.
