Making an appointment was a disappointment

I can be very critical about customer service because in today’s age it is hard to find a place where they value their customers and hire people that care. However, l have been a loyal customer to Americas Tires for years! One of the main reasons is, they fixed my flat tire free of charge about 12 years ago. That left an impression on me, and I am happy to say, they are still amazing!! I never go anywhere else and recommend them to family and friends!

Great Service

Matt and the America's Tire staff in Elk Grove took care of my complete full-size van tire and tire sensors job. From beginning to end, Matt and his staff made sure completion was to my customer satisfaction so everything was operational and working properly. Highly recommend this store and staff.

Great consistent service every time!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this shop is. I stopped by to have the air pressure checked in all my tires (which they do free of charge), and had to have one of them repaired. I was shocked to find out they also repair the tires for free, all they ask is to consider them if you need new tires. Everyone I spoke to was patient, courteous and professional and I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a repair or looking to purchase new tires or rims.

I always receive amazing, fast, and friendly service from this store.

Great experience. My tire was fixed quickly.

The sales associates were friendly and helpful. They explained that I could go at least one more rotation before my tires need to be replaced. I appreciate that about America’s Tires. Their sales associates don’t try to sell you tires if you don’t need them.

very friendly and kindness

It was a pleasant experience. Bijan Ong, the assistant manager acknowledged my presence and let me know someone would assist me very shortly. For me that was a 10 out out 10, just being acknowledged. On being served, I was provided with satisfactory answers to my questions, another big plus. The waiting experience was relaxed and pleasant. Maybe a coffee machine in the waiting area might add a nice touch.

Had a wonderful experience

Experience was great. Matt was very understanding our needs and provided great deal and service.

We've never been to this store. But we keep getting invoices saying someone is using our account to service their vehicle. We don't use this store, we live an hour away and we don't have a dodge ram 1500. Last time I called and spoke to someone who said he was the manager, and said don't worry about it, it was an accident, but now it's happened multiple times, no accident. My guess someone at the store is hooking people up or their friends and family. I don't nor would I use this store.

Fast , great prices and service Everytime I go

Great customer service, nice and clean location. Make sure you set up an appointment before visiting. Free tires rotation and re-balance if you purchase tires from the company.
