I called to see if I'm in the system, because I got 4 new tiers in L.A. and was working in Stockton. For some reason I bought the warranty the first time. My front tiers split on the seem..they gave me new ones for the price of a new warranty. 30 days latter I noticed the back tiers where going to. Went to the closet Americas tiers and got the same deal. Don't know the brand of tiers, I would say,,,NA to them.

All the staff were very courteous and helpful. I liked that the technicians took the time to come and describe the process as it was taking place.

I couldn’t have been happier to have gotten a flat… I know that sounds silly but Jeramie really made me feel comfortable, like everything was going to be okay, from the minute I pulled up. He really cared and made my last 24hrs of misery disappear by reassuring me and explaining everything to me in laymens terms so even a non-car person, such as myself, understood what he was saying. The whole staff was friendly, efficient and effective. Tho I don’t remember anyone else’s name in particular, you can tell Jeramie is running an amazing operation down her in the central valley. My car was ready in half the time they estimated and Jeramie went out of his way to check in with me before I drove off. Really can’t say enough positive things about him or the store except that if you’re one of the unfortunates who gets a flat tire, or even just someone needing new tires or wiper blades, I can’t recommend Jeramie and his team highly enough. They’ll make what could be the worst day of your week/month feel like it’s no big deal: turning a broken leg into just a scrape on your knee.

The only thing I wish America’s Tire would add is brake service. Brakes have always been something that has been routinely checked when tire service is completed. If you don’t want to do brake repairs at least do or at least offer to do a basic brake wear inspection.

we appreciated the military discount online scheduling was super easy, adding comments for the exact tire and item number I needed was helpful for the employees We dropped our vehicle off, however that probably wasn’t necessary because it took less than 40 minutes to complete the service owner vehicle. We will be back thanks again for your amazing employees

The America's Tire Store on Herndon in Fresno, CA is my favorite store for several reasons: The price for tires is competitive with other firms; the facility is TIDY inside the customer area and in the workshop. There is plenty of parking space on the outside. It is located all by itself on the North Side of Herndon Avenue. The crew is professional and the wait time is within an acceptable range (their sitting area is comfortable and before you know it the work is done!) Have purchased from America's Tires before and will continue using them for any of my tire needs.

Excellent experience! They’ve fixed one of my tires in the past and they did a great job so I came back the next time I had a nail in my tire. They were not able to fix it properly so they gave me a tire for free! I was amazed and very grateful! Highly recommend!

Got 37" Discoverer STT Pro installed on my 2021 4dr Bronco FE. Amazing service, got to have eyes on my vehicle the whole time. They treated my vehicle with care and respect. Due to the extra work involved removing factory beauty rings on all (5) tires, there were (3) dedicated service staff working as a team putting on those behemoth tires. America's Tire on Herndon and Peach in Clovis is now my go to!

Purchased 4 tires online and brought my car to this store to get them put on. I waited at the store and was in and out in no time... Staff are very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable on what they are doing.. Highly recommended..!!!!
