This is the second time I've come here where I've had to add air to my tire because it was under inflated after being serviced. I was told it was I flated to 45 psi, my tpms would not turn off. I checked with my home compressor and it was sitting at 36 psi. While it's not hard to add air, it's annoying to have to add air after it's been seen at a store. I don't think they check the other tire pressures to make sure they are all the same. Lastly, listening to Hector is like listening to a toddler TV show. He's talking to adults, he can have good customer service without all the inflections in his voice.

Great service by Angel and crew on replacing wheels for my 2024 Tacoma. I prefer this store over the discount tire that’s nearest to me. Will recommend this store over other tire shops!

This has been my preferred business for anything tire related. We have taken all of our cars to Discount Tire and have always received great customer service. I will say, that I would HIGHLY recommend booking an appointment online if possible to save yourself time.

I went here during the week about a leak in my tire. They gave me an appt for Saturday or I would have to wait close to 3 hrs. So they gave me the appt and said they will check all the tires and check out the spare and add air in it, but when I got there on time on Sat, I decided to go home and wait since I live 3 min away. I got called back within an 1/2 hr and they told me my tire was unable to be fixed, OK fine but when I picked up my car they didn't even offer me any offers on a tire. I asked if they checked the rest of my tires and my spare and he came back after he talked to the guy that worked on my car and told me no he didn't because they are too busy. I told him, "Too busy, I had an appt and what makes me less of a customer than anyone else here?" He said, sorry. I will ever come back to this place again.
