We replaced a set of Michelin Defenders with these based upon our good experience with a set of True Contacts we owned on another car. Good traction in snow and icy conditions.

I researched and purchased these tires because the original tires on my Subaru Crosstrek were very loud and distracting. I'm happy about the 90,000 mile warranty too although I've never known a tire to last that long. So far after only 2,000 miles or so, the tires are as advertised and very quiet.

A little early to predict mileage expectancy, have not seen a treadwear mileage warranty hold up to their claims from any manufacturer yet.

You can't go wrong with these tires. These tires are better tires than the Michelin Premier tires that I had before. I drive 40,000 a year and get about 18 to 24 months of use before replacing tires. So far no complaints.
