I made an appointment online. I arrived a few minutes beforehand. After waiting in line for 5 or 10 minutes, an employee took my name and put me on a ‘wait list’. I was given no estimate of how long it would be before I was actually helped. While I and several other customers were on the ‘wait list’, the employees in the office weren’t really doing anything. There were also open bays in the service areas that weren’t in use, and there were members of the service team just standing around, as if they were waiting for cars to service. This was really puzzling to me, since there were at least 3 or 4 of us customers on the ‘wait list’, all of whom had made appointments. I was eventually helped 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. It took another 38 minutes to complete my 4-tire rotation. During the time I was waiting, an older gentleman came in for his appointment. He wanted to leave his car there and leave with his wife. He was told he would have to go on the ‘wait list’ before he could be helped. He waited around for at least 30 minutes while no other customers were being helped. I don’t understand why they made him wait when they weren’t really doing anything. Several other customers who were waiting didn’t really seem to understand the whole ‘wait list’ process. This is the first time I’ve been subjected to the ‘wait list’. I don’t know if this is a new process, designed to somehow game the system and report lower customer wait times, but I think all the customers found it confusing and a negative experience.

One of the smoothest and best shops in the Bay. These guys bust their tales to take care of their customers. They always beat there estimated service times.

This store is run well and the staff is always helpful. Price and selection is great also

I had a flat tire so showed up without an appointment, stressed out and with my daughter, and they fit me in and patched my tire free of charge. They were extremely friendly and helpful and I’m so glad I found this location.
