Very meaty tire. Has performed well in rain and snow. Ride nice and smooth on the highway.

I have bought many tires through discount tire. So far I have put 6000 miles on them and I feel I will get another 15,000 out of them. Other tires I have bought through discount tire have lasted me between 4000 and 6000 miles, Great price long-lasting, handling is superb in all conditions. , Don't waste your time with the other tires bye general G Max you'll be as happy as I am.

Dry Traction

I'm in Colorado and while having these tires I've experienced everything from warm, 60+ degree days to -10 degrees days. Some dry, some wet, some snow and some ice.I tend not to provide reviews too early in the life of a new product, however, with my recent experience and no other reviews posted yet, I thought I'd provide a little feedback. Overall, it's a good tire. The dry traction and handling has been good. I haven't tested the limits yet with any heavy performance driving, but on a daily basis, they've performed well. The ride is quiet and smooth and they seem to have been balanced well. As a little background, I have placed the now discontinued General Exclaim UHP tires on six other vehicles and have always had great all-around, year-round performance. I was told that these are supposed to be the replacement for that line. Unfortunately, the one draw-back that I have found is that the snow performance of these tires is average at best. Interestingly the UHP weren't marketed as an all-season tire, but were stamped as such and did perform quite well in the snow. The AS-03 is marketed and marked as such but just don't provide the same level of traction. Again, the tire is a decent value, but if you're needing something with a little better grip in the winter, you may choose another. If it's mostly dry and maybe a little wet conditions they do perform well.
