The staff was great! The car is standard with a low profile 17" tire, but the put me into a standard 16" tire with new aftermarket wheels for the same price. Better ride and more resistant to Michigan potholes.

Have enjoyed a confidence driving on mixed city and highway roadways. Traction and cornering has been very good compared to Bridgestone tires they replaced. Only negative has been noise on some types of concrete pavement. Would buy again as I am very happy thus far. (7000 miles of winter driving)

I bought these for Central Oregon winters. We get a mix of snow, ice, and rain from November through March (sometimes into April). I commute about 30 miles to and from work on the highway. Thus far, the tires have been great. They've maintained good traction even in freezing conditions. My hope is that they will last me at least three winters on my Focus ST.

Great performance winter tire. Would purchase again without hesitation for my AWD sports coupe. Impressed by traction in deep snow and ice although not quite as good as nonperformance snow tires in that department. Otherwise they are better in any other condition and have superior comfort and handling characteristics.
