Corolla Base
- Miles Driven On Tires:5000
- Driving Conditions:Snow
- Driving Style:Mixed Highway and City
These tires were pretty bad in handling the winter snow.In the way the tire grooves were set up, the snow would seem to get trapped. The snow would freeze in the grooves, so caused more loss traction. These tires were superior in winter conditions. What a joke.

We have been considering whether we could trade these in for a set that are quieter.
Outback 3.6
- Miles Driven On Tires:250
- Driving Conditions:Mixed Dry Rain
- Driving Style:Mixed Highway and City
These were mounted on a 2011 Subaru Outback 3.6R. The side walls are as soft as licorice in July and feel about the same. You feel like you are oozing off the side of the road on interstate clover leafs and during any abrupt maneuvers (i.e. pot hole avoidance) the vehicle will oscillate 3 or 4 times (Note: this is different than suspension sway)and feel as though it is substantially drifting before settling back to driving true and straight again. Even during normal low speed left and right turns the tires feel incredibly soft and oozy and will sing in left turns above 11mph. This is why I give them a terrible rating for handling. Road noise was very low, braking was very solid, and acceleration was above average on gravel, and all previous comments are the same for rain conditions. No better; no worse. I don't expect Dayton track tires but it would be nice to know i have some stability when i need it. Switched out for some Yokohamas and couldn't be happier.

Be careful when buying this tireI am going into my 3rd year and there is extreme uneven wear on the insides of the tire. I brought it back to a store and they assured me its my alignment and will not be covered by the warranty on the tires. Its hard to believe that its the alignment when they were fine 2 years ago? I think its premature wear and should be taken into account. I don't think Discount Tire wanted to deal with the warranty aspect never the less, I am out on buying tires on the Honda Odyssey 2005, Les Swabb perhaps?
