These tires were bought with a focus on winter driving. I intended to buy a different brand of ALL WEATHER tire but winter came early in '25 and I was not able buy tires till the end of the year because the car was out of state till then and the brand I wanted to buy was already sold out. These Firestone Weathergrip tires are good in moderate snow depth - dusting to several inches deep snow - did not experience driving in deeper snow this past winter. My one experience in icy conditions (within about 50 miles of tires being mounted) was that the tires are **NOT** good in icy conditions (maybe the tires needed to be scuffed in (more miles of use) or maybe there was still some mold release present on the tire).
I appreciate the staff and everyone having knowledgeable friendly service and advise for all my questions for safety and tires for all my vehicles.
