The Cooper Discoverer ST tire is one of the light truck markets most capable and versatile pickup/SUV tires, and is ideally suited for high-power, high-torque applications. This tire uses a tread compound that performs in all weather conditions, whether youre driving on or off the road. The tires large, beefy tread elements deliver powerful traction during off road duty, but they also perform smoothly on the highway. For an optional traction boost, the tire is pinned for studs. It also wears smoothly and evenly because of its optimized tread profile and beveled treadlock edges. Definitely more suited to off road use. Noise and smooth ride on pavement are its drawbacks
