That tire is the BFGoodrich G Force Rival S 1.5. This competition tire is accepted for use in SCCA Solo and Pro Solo competitions. (A high-performance summer tire, the BFG Rival S 1.5 performs best in warmer climates.)

Showcasing an extreme tread design that features wide outer tread blocks, the BFG g-Force Rival responds to steering inputs almost as quick as you can think. This gives you control for the most daring cornering maneuvers.

With faster track times in mind, the BFGoodrich Rival S 1.5 is built using BFG's patented Extreme Tread Edge (ETE) design, which takes their racing compound down further into the sidewalls. This ensures that you get predictable steering feedback and relentless lateral grip.

Other performance features of the G Force Rival S 1.5 include:

• The time-tested Rival S compound, which is designed to reach optimal operating temperatures quickly for your autocross and Time Attack competitions.

BFGoodrich utilized years of research and development in perfecting the Rival's contact patch. As a result, the Rival S 1.5 better distributes the force of hard braking and acceleration, which helps it to resist feathering under extreme conditions. Combined with the lateral draft angles and chamfered block edges, you can expect even wear and consistent performance characteristics from your set of BFG Rival tires.

Like most competition tires, the BFG Rival S 1.5 opts for breakneck performance rather than longevity. That means that these BFGoodrich tires don't come with a mileage warranty. However, you can make sure they have coverage that goes beyond how many miles or laps you put on them.

Our exclusive Certificates will cover your new competition tires all the way down to 3/32” of wear. And in the extremely unlikely event they fail, you'll get a brand new replacement if it can't be repaired.
