THE TIRES ARE FINE AS EXPECTED, WHAT WASN'T SATISFACTORY WAS THE INSTALLATION. After taking it in to the Lexus dealer they showed me one of the lug nuts was installed incorrectly. They had to replace the nut and mounting bolt. Needless to say I wasn't happy about that and will not be returing to that location for my next tire purchase/installation.

Tires have made noise when cornering at a good pace, not speeding.
