I was irritated that the tires that I originally ordered, and paid for online were sold out. So I was given an upgrade. Not an upgrade in my opinion. I actually don't have Hankook winter i pike. I have Cooper discovery ms because of this. When I tried to get my rebate I was denied! There goes the fifty dollars that I had been looking forward to, and one of the reasons why I originally purchased from this store. I was going to bring them back, but I had my previous tires disposed of. So I was in a pickle. Without adequate studded tires available in my size at Discount Tires. How was I supposed to return them? So now I need tires again. I will most likely not be getting them from Discount Tires. I want tires that fit! I don't want to be told. "These are only a little wider. You won't have any problems with them." Only to find out the next day pulling into driveways I rub the fenders. It's a gawdawful sound. So I would not recommend any of my family, friends, or strangers to Discount Tires. I don't want a rebate that I have to work for, that I never got! I want that reflected in the upfront price. Sure it's only fifty dollars. That is a tank of gas and four hundred miles of I'm out of town. So if you want my business ever again I'm going to need that fifty dollars, and a guarantee that I would be given any rebates on future purchases credited at the time of purchase. There are many other tire shops around here. Please contact me if this could be done for me. Thank you.
