Dunlop Winter Maxx 02 Winter Tires
If you’re looking for maxed out winter traction to keep you confident on challenging winter roads, we’ve got the tire for you: the Dunlop Winter Maxx 02.
Dunlop Winter Maxx 02 Features
Winter weather comes with all sorts of challenges, but you can face them all with ease when you ride on the Dunlop Winter Maxx 02. Backed by Dunlop’s more than a century of pushing boundaries and testing their limits, these tires are engineered to keep you cool when the weather goes mad.
Built with a silica-enhanced rubber compound that utilizes highly functional polymers, the Winter Maxx 02 stays flexible when temps dip below 45 degrees.
That means when you ride on these winter tires you can expect glue-like grip even when temps get positively Arctic.
Building on the solid foundation of previous iterations of the Winter Maxx, the Winter Maxx 02 features a larger contact area, ensuring more stability in turns, whether the roads are dry or coated in slush and snow. For an even greater boost in winter grip, this Dunlop snow tire is built with a Maxx Grip tread pattern, which leverages thousands of biting edges for adhesive grip on snow- and ice-covered roads.
Other performance features of the Winter Maxx 02 include:
- Wide longitudinal grooves and lateral notches that rapidly cut through water, slush, and snow for relentless winter traction.
- Stay in control on winter roads thanks to the asymmetrical tread pattern, which helps optimize rubber placement for both dry and wet streets
- 3-Peak Mountain Snowflake Rated: this tire is approved for use in extreme winter weather conditions, including ice and snow.
- Remain firmly planted on wet and snowy roads thanks to the interlocking 3D sipes.
Dunlop Winter Maxx WM02 Treadwear and Warranty
Designed for grip that doesn’t give up no matter how harsh the weather gets, you can count on these Dunlop winter tires for many winters of relentless traction.
While they’re not backed by a mileage warranty, you can still hit those winter streets with total confidence. Simply add the coverage of our exclusive Certificates and your new snow tires will be protected from the first cold snap all the way down to 3/32’’ of treadwear.
And in the unlikely event that your new tires fail, don’t worry. We’ll give you a brand new replacement tire, provided your covered tire can’t be safely repaired.
(You can add our Certificate coverage in your cart!)
When you need premium snow traction and full-tilt winter grip for your passenger car, minivan, or crossover, look to the Dunlop Winter Maxx 02.
