Cooper Evolution Winter Studdable
Named for its bleeding-edge technology and breakthrough cold weather performance, the Cooper Evolution Winter is a studdable snow tire that represents the next stage in the evolution of winter tire performance.
Cooper Evolution Winter Studdable Features
The Cooper Evolution Winter is engineered for planted grip on winter roads: snow-covered hills, slush-filled roads in freezing temperatures, even surfaces slicked over with ice. It doesn’t matter what's in the forecast—the Evolution Winter finds grip and creates traction like few other snow tires out there.
Cooper's Snow Groove Technology incorporates a sawtooth pattern in its grooves that trap snow in order to create snow-on-snow traction, ensuring confident grip no matter how deep the powder falls.
And when the weather gets even more severe, the Evolution Winter is pinned for studding. The stud placement is strategically arranged for maximum grip on slick, icy roads.
Other performance features of the Cooper Evolution Winter Studdable include:
- Exceeding the Rubber Manufacturer Association's requirements for traction in extreme winter conditions, this tire is backed by the Three Peak Mountain Snowflake symbol.
- A silica-enhanced tread compound that stays flexible as temperatures dip below 45 degrees, ensuring adaptive traction in dry, wet and snowy winter conditions.
- For stellar studless performance on ice, the dense multi-angle sipe pattern provides lateral and longitudinal grip while also stabilizing the tread blocks for confident steering response on dry roads.
- Its saw-tooth center rib enhances road contact while adding extra biting edges for traction that doesn't give up, no matter the weather.
Cooper Evolution Winter Studdable Treadwear and Warranty
Thanks to Cooper's relentless drive to push the limits of tire performance, the Evolution winter tire has an optimized footprint which distributes weight evenly across its contact patch. This results in both excellent winter performance and long-lasting treadwear.
However, as it's designed for evolutionary winter performance, this tire isn't backed by a mileage warranty. But that doesn't need to be a sticking point for you, because you can protect your new Cooper winter tires with our exclusive Certificates.
Whatever hazards winter roads may come with, you can rest assured that your tires will be covered down to 3/32” of treadwear. If your tires are damaged beyond repair, we'll get you back on the road with a brand new replacement tire.
(You can add our Certificate coverage in the cart of your order.)
If it's time to upgrade your vehicle's capability this winter, a set of Cooper Evolution Winter Studdable snow tires offers the next generation of extreme winter weather performance.
